I was one of the people I wanted to meet during this trip because Martin was very highly rated in the reviews. He was a lovely guy and always took care of me. It was the first place I stayed on my long trip and I was able to rest and see the sights!

Martin is very kind and helpful. A clean and basic place to stay before continuing to next cities in Peru. Location is good, short walk to big supermarket and money changers. Very safe location as the neighbourhood is under cctv

Martin, the owner/manager, went out of his way to help me. When I couldn’t find the restaurant with vegetarian options, he actually walked me the five blocks to the place himself. He always puts out hot water and a teabag at night, and there’s always a large bottle of drinking water waiting. Because my flight times were super early—well before normal breakfast hours—he made me breakfast sandwiches both times so I could take them with me. He also has a great network of trusted providers, including currency exchange and taxi services. In some other Peruvian cities I stayed in, I was occasionally bothered by barking dogs at night, but this area is surprisingly quiet. There are always extra blankets in case it gets cold, though I’ve never needed them.

Martin was a wonderful host. I had a late flight and he let me stay well past checkout time. The breakfast was great!

We loved our two-night stay! The place was spotless, breakfast was tasty, and the service made us feel right at home. The owner was always around to check if we needed anything, which made us feel safe and very welcome. Definitely recommend this place!

Lovely private home bed and breakfast Located directly across the street from a pocket park, this spacious home features a newly renovated shared bathroom (only for guests), a large common room with dining table for a hot breakfast and we had a very comfortable double room on the 2nd floor for our stay. Everything was clean and comfortable, and the owner was kind and hospitable. The only downside was significant airplane noise from the nearby airport, but of course that also means it's conveniently close.

Great place to stay, Martin is very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend

Excellent service Our stay was amazing. Martin waiting up for us when our flight was late and brought us a full breakfast early the next morning! Would highly recommend staying here on your way in or out of Lima.
