You can see from the photos the beautiful view that you have from this place, but having breakfast while looking at it is just magical. By the way the breakfast is very good. The room was nice, i love the rustic style. The description says that there is Wi-Fi in public areas, but it was actually available in our room too. It is a little slow though, but not that bad. The location is perfect; first of all San Miniato is charming by itself, but i'd say the main reason to stay here is because you can visit the best places in tuscany from here, in less than 1h of driving. And finally, the hosts: they're super friendly and helpful, always ready to give nice tips on what to visit and how. Thank you! A minor issue but: maybe the shower would need a little update, and the very small TV too...but i guess it's part of the old-style charm :) PS: bonus points, at the time of our visit there were two very cute cats :)

Tutto perfetto !! A partire dalla super colazione composta da dolci di qualità: brioches , muffin, torte fatte in case, pancakes e inoltre affettati e pane molto buoni. Struttura caratteristica, tipica toscana. Noi abbiamo alloggiato nell’appartamento Gioia, molto spazioso e adatto a una famiglia di quattro persone oppure due coppie. Daniele ed Edoardo sono degli ottimi padroni di casa, disponibili e cordiali. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente.

Se potevo mettere un voto più basso lo avrei messo Abbiamo prenotato via mail per il week end del 2 giugno a febbraio. Abbiamo chiamato per confermare l'orario di arrivo il giorno dell'arrivo e scopriamo che le camere non sono più disponibili per le 2 notti prenotate. Il gestore ammette candidamene di aver sbagliato a segnare la prenotazione fissata a febbraio. Nonostante le varie mail inviate con le date corrette. Ci ritroviamo in 2 famiglie con bambini senza una sistemazione e naturalmente nel week end del ponte di giugno non c'erano camere disponibili nei dintorni. Ma la cosa più sconcertante sono stati i comportamenti e le risposte del gestore/proprietario. "Signora cosa le devo dire non posso buttare fuori le persone che sono nelle camere". Chiaramente non pretendevano di lasciare le persone senza camere com'è successo a noi. Ma una risposta più rispettosa e una soluzione sarebbe stata gradita. Una scusa visto l'errore commesso sarebbe stato sicuramente opportuna.
