While the room decor & carpet was outdated, the bed was very comfy. We had a balcony on floor level #1 & a beautiful view of the mountains. Check in was fast & convenient. Location of property was perfect for our weekend activities we had planned. Restaurant buffet was delicious. Pool was clean & towels were replenished accordingly.A/C in our room was really cold when needed. Room service was great. Staff was friendly. 3 downfalls are elevator #1 was malfunctioning and we got stuck on floor #8. The appearance of the carpets on main hall floors exiting the elevator appeared extremely dirty. And finally there was a frightening False Fire alarm on our last day before checkout.

It is certainly at the hearth of were several events occur and some parts of Monterrey are accesible on walking distance.

No elevator from garage parking to lobby
One has to carry luggage thru long stairs
Besides, garage parking is dark, dirty and unsafe

We always stay here when passing through MTY and we love it. It’s safe and beautiful. The breakfast is amazing. Highly recommend.

Location is great. He staff was friendly. There is available parking but there is no elevator to the parking lot. Rooms need to be cleaned better though.

Is safe and convenient due to the fact that it is walkable and close to Arena Monterrey, there is an access door to Parque Fundidora, and you can get to Paseo Santa Lucia from there.

Overall a great hotel.
Lobby and social areas are great
and the location especially is awesome
In our room the bathroom was the low point
Our room was ok but not great .
