Aqua Vista

This was the perfect place with an excellent location. The owners were fabulous and very welcoming. They arranged the golf cart rental for us. The room was clean and very comfortable.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for the week and it was amazing! Everyone was so friendly. My boyfriend’s luggage didn’t make it to Belize and Mandy was amazing with helping us through the process of making sure it got to us! I can’t say enough good things about our stay here!

We absolutely loved our visit at aqua Vista. Mandy and KP were the best, they were so helpful at all times. Aqua Vista was the perfect location. You could walk to everything! for breakfast cool beans was the best and then at night we seem to always end up at Sandy toes food was great at both places. The accommodations were clean and perfect for us. Highly recommend aqua Vista can’t wait to return.See you soon!!

We stayed at Aqua Vista for 7 nights. The Pattersons were wonderful hosts. The rooms were lovely and big. I loved the toiletries! The beds were comfortable and the linens were soft. My only complaint was the noise at night. The Nauti Crab is very loud. If you close the bedroom door it's better. I suggest you bring earplugs, because everything else it perfect.

Clean, closed to everything, Mandy, the property manager was very friendly, very resourceful and always promptly replying to our messages. She made great recommendations, booked us a golf cart, picked us up and took good care of us. Thanks!!!

Amazing stay at Aqua Vista. Mandy and her husband made it even better with their incredible hospitality. They helped us get a golf cart, they showed us the place and walked us through all the amenities. The room was amazing complete with a full kitchen. It was clean and comfortable. Very quiet. WiFi was available. They even had a utility room full of extras such as sunscreen, extra hats, bug spray etc. it was right in front of the beach. You can hear the ocean while swinging in the hammock right in front of your room. Bars are a walking distance away. You can park your golf cart in a private spot in the back. It was beyond what we were expecting. Also they have an amazing eatery right in front of the airport that served amazing food! Omg! I can’t even begin to tell you how good it was! Last but not least Mandy was great with communication. She made sure she gave you all the information she has for the area and she was always available for questions. Hands down the best place I’ve stayed and we have been to many countries.

KP and Mandy were great and really friendly. The room had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Would highly recommend staying here!

Staff was wonderful location is great for diving sanpedro and alot of food options close by. Room was well kept and updated/stocked.
