Alaia Belize, Autograph Collection

Alaia Belize is a great hotel. Got the ocean view on the 4th floor in building 1. The view is magnificent. The food is great, the staff is awesome and the spa / fitness center is pretty nice too. There is a rooftop pool and after 5pm you'll get the best view of the sun setting. It is very clean and well kept here. Only 1 downside is that Alaia doesn't have a beach. Didn't bother me but if you're looking for a resort with a beach, then this isn't for you but if you're looking for great food and company, go ahead and book your stay here. You won't be disappointed.

Room was clean, staff was very helpful, and the pools were warm. My stay was perfect. I would definitely return.

My stay was absolutely beautiful and warm welcomed. The resort was beautiful and well maintained, very clean and the staff was AMAZING!!!

The staff is what makes my review 5 stars. The housekeeping crew, Chrissy, always had a smile as she passed by and checked on us to make sure we had what we needed. Johny continued to check on us when we were poolside and delivered great food/drink service. Eric greeted us from the beginning and gave us the signature Alaia drink and conversed with us whenever we saw him. So pleasant to talk with him. These are just a few of the names that helped make our stay enjoyable. The property is so pretty and we loved walking around the grounds. The food was good as well and we ate on the property often. The gym was clean and had the equipment we needed. We didn’t explore too many of the drinks but the ones we had were tasty and my husband liked the local beer. We will be back.

We loved and enjoyed everything about our stay!! Very clean rooms, bed was comfortable, property amazing!! Staff were very nice. They greeted you With smiles and were very helpful. Everything was top tier!!

Did not meet expectations. Onsite dining options were limited and food just ok. Limited onsite activities.

Initially assigned a room with an awful view but was able to move. Additionally, it was for a birthday trip which I informed in writing and literally informed to 10+ staff but the bday cake was never ordered. Which was a small thing but annoying because it was avoidable and would’ve made it that much more special.

Our honeymoon was amazing and so was this resort from the staff to our suite. The staff were friendly, attentive and very helpful. I will definitely be back.

Very nice room, super clean and very well maintained property. Would definitely recommend and come back. Rooms were spacious and comfortable.
