Terrible attention and care with reservations, they made a mistake with our reservation and we still had to pay more to be able to stay. Very poor internal coordination with your service.

I had a terrible experience, but the fault was *******'s, not the hotel itself. I booked thru *******, and when I arrived at the hotel I had no reservation ,and there were not available rooms. The staff was friendly enough to contact another hotel to accommodate us. Never again with *******

Decidí no quedarme lamentablemente. Ya que llegamos a las 4 y tardaron otros 40 minutos para que nos pasarán a la habitación aparte aún estaban limpiando el piso el aire en realidad o estaba bien. Nos fuimos muy disgustos ya que aparte de cansados tuvimos que esperar todo ese tiempo.
