The staff spoke Italian, French, and English. They were very helpful and accommodating.
The breakfast each morning provided a lot of food/drink options.
The location of the hotel was convenient to the sea and ******, many shops and restaurants. (Long walk or cab ride to the train station, pretty walk from bus station.)
The only thing that could've made the trip better was a more exact description of the location and its relation to Miramare. It was difficult to find when I first arrived. But once I found it, it was very worth it.

We've stayed in Sanremo several times but this was our first stay at this hotel. We'll definitely come back. We were offered a room upgrade on check in. Parking was incredibly convenient. The room was very luxurious and clean, with a partial sea view. If you can, a splurge for the sea front is probably worth it. Lucia at the front desk was fantastic and very helpful-her English was perfect which was a nice treat. Living in Europe, we certainly don't expect it but always enjoy it

This is the second time we stay at this hotel and we will be back again for sure. Easy walk into town and a beautiful beach right outside your door. The breakfast is great. Giorgio not only take care of the reception but he also makes breakfast and the best Cappuccino in Italy. He is always friendly and helpful and we would come back again and again just to see him. The rooms are beautiful and the bed's are very comfortable.

Very nice extremely pleasant property nice view rooms were clean and tidy think it’s had a refurbish recently would definitely say it again breakfast was very nice too we all had a good time thanks for your hospitality

The structure is remarkable and the sea view is fantastic, 15 minutes walk from the center. We appreciated the fully stocked mini-bar and the impeccable cleanliness. promoted!
