The cleanest hotel ever! Fantastic bathroom. Nice reasonable mini bar. Great bed . Fantastic location and beautiful Mediterranean gardens. Walking distance to seafront. On good bus route. Exceptional staff! In it’s class this is the best hotel I have ever been to!

The rooms are comfortable, clean and offer a spectacular sea view, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the panorama. The hotel is nice, and really Villa style. They have a great restaurant, and a fantastic rooftop terrace, with sea view and a big bar - just 1 big problem - they have no bartender- The receptionist was really nice and offered to make simple drinks. The restaurant only serve as breakfast restaurant, even they have a fantastic display of wine. When they open for breakfast, the cook & waiter had not prepared any of the warm dishes yet, so you had to wait for this. Maybe the hotel is mainly for events, like weddings or similar, and if so, they should clearly state that bar is not operative & restaurant is only for breakfast. We chose this hotel, mainly because of the nice terrace.....

The room felt unfinished, very bare and with no curtains. One side of the double bed had no bedside cabinet, there was no WiFi, no hairdryer and not a glass or paper cup to have a glass of water. Also no telephone to call the reception. Poor customer service and no understanding on how to treat customers. Will not return.

Clean room with sea view. Too bad... we ended up with a room with a door connecting to another room... we could hear any noise... even the breathing of the guests in the other room. For being a superior room... The rooms are not soundproof, noises could also be heard from neighboring rooms. 30 minutes on foot to reach the center of Sanremo and a few steps to the sea. Reception service essential and absent at night.

A pretty Villa isolated from the road in a quiet area, pretty park, parking, friendly welcome, these are the advantages of the Villa Levy hotel...... As for the negative points, there are many, annex of the hotel sad enough to cry without a sea view, without charm without decoration, no minibar, no fridge in the middle of summer, air conditioning running out of steam, no bathtub, paper cup, basic welcome products, no table bedside, light above the beds that don't work, noisy cleaning in progress in the corridors at 3:50 p.m., poor insulation, and to top it off check out at 10:00 a.m.! If you are coming out of hospitalization and want to clear your mind, do not come to this hotel because the room looks exactly like a psychiatric hospital room, see attached photos. Fortunately we were there for one night just to rest a little and not on an idyllic honeymoon otherwise we would have been really disappointed. As a bonus, 20 euros extra for a small chihuahua is a bit expensive in my humble opinion. It's a shame not to have been able to really dream of the Italian dolce vita but rather to find yourself disappointed in a hospital room..

The hotel is located near the beach, but we didn't go to it. Cons 1- cleaning starts at 6 am, the cleaning lady makes a lot of noise and it’s impossible to sleep because the sound insulation is very poor. I had to go out and ask for it to be quieter, she would go to the other floor to make noise. They entered our room several times at 9am to clean us, even though we were still sleeping. Not very nice. It’s strange to expect that people on vacation will have breakfast by 9 am, get cleaned up and go to the beach. 2 - uncomfortable bathroom, shower stall 60*60, you can stand, it’s very difficult to wash, no shelves, absolutely nowhere to put a toothbrush, even 3 - terrible breakfast costing 15 € per person. Terrible coffee, which is rare in Italy, stale baked goods, diluted juice to the point of tinted water.

Jardin magnifique et très bien entretenu - très beau cadre - très beau. mais chambres mal insonorisées - on entendait les voisins : hummmm….. lit très dur et oreiller très mou - petit déjeuner à 12€ moyen basique sans découverte de produits locaux Centre ville à 2 km donc un peu loin à pieds. par contre mer juste devant. Route à traverser avec un accès par les jardins.
