The rooms was not clean and full of ants everywhere. Was horrible and expensive for the distance. I told the owner to clean again and she just ignored.

Good choice for those who looking for house away from city business. House have all equipment to cook by yourself. Water not too hot. Rooster in the morning will let you know he is wake up. It's a village, so nothing surprised me by this way. About 30 minutes to Chiang Mai.

This accommodation is highly recommended. It has a kitchen in the garden, right outside the room. They also have sauces and some vegetables available. A very local place, not at all touristy.
