I booked two rooms, one under my daughter's name. However, during check-in, I used my wife's ID. This caused a problem. The hotel staff, along with trip staff, called me no less than 4 times, claiming I hadn't checked into the other room. I had to explain the situation repeatedly. Then, another hotel staff member came on duty and started asking the same questions, making me furious. Why didn't they just ask the previous staff? They just kept calling the customer, and I had to explain everything again. It was incredibly annoying.
