A very good family stay in a peaceful and exotic setting.
We spent one night in this pool villa, run by an absolutely adorable, kind, and welcoming Thai-Korean family. We immediately felt at ease thanks to their hospitality.
The villa is located about a 20-minute drive from the city. It's a bit remote for my taste, as the property is in the countryside, surrounded by houses and fields, with no restaurants or 7/11s nearby. So, it's best to plan ahead, especially if you don't have a car.
A small parking lot is available in front of the entrance. If you're coming with a large vehicle (like a van), remember to call ahead to reserve enough space – which is what we had to do.
The exterior is very well decorated and beautifully arranged. The pool is located in the center right as you enter the villa, immediately creating a friendly and vacation-like atmosphere.
The breakfast was well-stocked and hearty, with the option to make our own omelets, which was a real bonus.
The double rooms are spacious and comfortable. For the rooms with single beds, the bathroom is a bit small and narrow for showering and changing comfortably, but it is functional.
The place is very quiet, perfect for resting. In the morning, we discovered two cages with animals: two meerkats in one and two rabbits in the other. Apparently, it's also possible to ride ponies, which could appeal to children.
Overall, it was a very good one-night stay for our family of 6, including an 11-year-old child. A lovely, peaceful experience, ideal for a nature getaway.
