Staff was useful, no soap in the bathroom and you get a couple of ketchup like small pouches of shampoo, the room number 7 has an extremely uncomfortable toilet, almost up against the Wall, location is 👍

Nice area, lovely staff, indoor parking, super quiet, wonderful for sleeping, great air conditioner, comfy bed and pillows, a few restaurants within walking distance. Overall great place! My only complaint would be the lack of hot water, it wasn't freezy cold but it didn’t cause the mirror to steam up either, so barely luke warm at best. The positives definitely trump the water issue

Air conditioning was a bit under powered for size of room, windows didn't seal entirely, and only cool water for shower. But, good enough for a short stay.

Quite place family stay and personal are amazing everyone Christian and the ladies working together really recommended

Staff was ok but the sewer smell make me nauseous .and they would not refund me for the day I couldn’t check due to fligh connecting not bailable

The room was clean and the staff was wonderful. We also met Terry the hotel pup who is one of the best employee there. The staff is friendly and the location is close to shops and malls. It is definitely worth the stay. The only thing that was difficult was the exit. The street is narrow due to cars parking on the side of the street and delivery trucks coming to the houses nearby. This is no fault of the hotel but it is important to know since for us it happened on multiple occasions during our one night stay

The grounds are well kept. The room we booked was next to the kitchen/housekeeping supply room. In the evening and in the morning the staffwas chatty was ch
