Cardedeu Express Hotel

The first room that was given to us smelled terrible, a strong sewage smell coming from the bathroom and the bathroom window was broken. We requested a room change and the second room the floor next to the toilet was so dirty even I could see the last tooth brush that the previous occupant used and of course you cannot be barefoot because it was all dirty. Also the black out curtains has some black tape to cover some holes. Sorry but I expected more considering it was a Cardedeu

This is not really a hotel; it is more like basic lodging rooms without many essential facilities. It is definitely not a place you would want to return to again. The staff were average and not particularly impressive, with only a few minor positive aspects. Overall, the experience was disappointing and far below what a real hotel should offer.

This was a beautiful experience. The customer service was excellent. They were very helpful very attentive 10 out of 10 always recommend.

Nice hotel - basic room that had everything we need. Bathroom is lovely. Location is good with a number of restaurants around.

The price was too high for the cleanliness and service provided. Note they have a zero tolerance refund policy, even if you cancel ahead of time. The bunk beds were very uncomfortable to climb. We had to get the mattresses and put on the floor. Breakfast was very very light and not enough utensils or coffee cups
