"This is a nice hotel with excellent service. The breakfast was really good with lots of choice. The room size was comfortable. Nice shower with hot water and good pressure. The room was quiet and the bed so comfortable. The one drawback was seeing a cockroach scuttle away from one of my bags."

"There was no hot water for shower. Asked at reception about it and the on duty fellow look at me like I’m a Martian asking for hot water !! Adjoining building is a funeral parlour and the decor of the hotel is wuite old and therefore it’s quite macabre ! Will I stay again nope not even if it’s complimentary  thank you very much!"

"Good location, walmart, restaurants, shopping mall in walking distance; centro histórico about 45 minutes walking; the suite is big and nice inclusive kitchen and balcony; the pool is also nice; the biggest problem is the breakfast, it is one of the worst breakfasts I ever had in a hotel, very limited food options, it doesn't look good, it is not very clean..no cereals, no fruits, no vegetables..pancakes are sometimes available, you can get eggs / omelet but on our last day I got it with ham instead of the vegetarian omelet which we explicit ordered even in perfect spanish but the worst part was that the cheese inside the omelet was still wrapped in plastic..it was absolutely disgusting..overall a good hotel if you forget about the breakfast"
