Nice place to stay in Madrid!
Host was very nice & kind, room quite clean and spacious. Bed very comfortable. Cleaning every day. Shower gel and soap provided (as well as towels). Shops, pharmacy, cafes - all just around the corner. Metro & cercanias 10 min by walk. Of course, this is quite away from the city center (1 hour by metro) , but I'm used to this and enjoyed this calm district. Definitely can recommend if you are looking for affordable accommodation in Madrid.

Jamás volvería, tuve que dormir vestido sobre una cama la cual era más pequeña que mi cuerpo , sabanas sucias y llenas de pelos de otras personas, sin calefacción, no llegué a pegar ojo, con diferencia en lo peorcito que he estado. No lo recomiendo ni a un peregrino que esté de paso.

Lo primero sea dicho la buena atención recibida por la Recepcionista de la Mañana. Luego pues la buena calefacción que tiene todo el hotel. El baño muy limpio y la habitación con sábanas limpias y una buena Tv. Repetiré a al volver a san Sebastián de los Reyes. Gracias por todo.

La atención por parte de los empleados es muy buena, la gestión de entradas y salidas también ha sido buena. Y en cuanto a que no me gustase, no le puedo poner ninguna pega a nada, la estancia fue muy buena en general
