The best thing about the hotel has been the waiter. Although I had the iced coffee, there was no milk in the thermos, one drop and it was cold. The room when lifting the duvet was dusty, the head of the box with dust that I had to remove. There was no soap or shampoo. Ultimately disappointing.

Overall great experience. Probably, the other aspect that could be improved is the mini fridge in the room, it only had one small bottle of water. Also, they could provide a few snacks available in the room.

Good Hotel, good room and service. Excellent breakfast. It is in the center and not so easy to arrive with the car. No light on the garage.

A nice surprise, friendly staff, clean rooms. A little far off Madrid Center, but all in all a pleasant stay.

Remote urban hotel in northern Madrid. Staff not helpful, did not appear to be happy dealing with customers, like they were an inconvenience. No kettle in room as they have a coffee shop which is never open. Internal noise from other rooms was a problem, sound proofing is terrible. Also bin lorry comes around midnight, right outside our window.

Nice hotel, with nice staff, fot the most part. Restaurant open on weekends would have been a plus. Clean and functional.

Clean, quite, friendly hotel. You need a car though as it is a little way from nearest metro station. Good breakfast sadly evening meal not available on Saturday and Sunday evenings. A must if your staying for a long weekend.

Fantastic hotel, very clean, well looked after and fantastic staff in a little gem of a neighborhood, location from Central Madrid isn't ideal as it's located a little bit outside of the centre but easy to get to by metro around 30 mins if you don't drive, would happily stay again

It was a pleasant surprise. clean room and bathroom. Good wifi. Very close to alcobendas my work destination. If you go with car you need to get a parking space on the garage because its almost impossible to get a parking spot outside.

Good hotel with great price quality relation. Location is in a suburban, mainly habitational area, away from the center and very quiet but with easy access to the highways that connect to every place in the city. Dont have a lot of restaurants near by but the hotel restaurante is very good and with good prices and service. Negative for me as a football fan... the hotel bar don´t have sports channels that transmit Live Champion Leagues games

The room Was great, cleaning every day, the beds Were comfortable! You can choice breakfast, witch Was a good option because most shops and restaurants open after 12 am and if you are a morning person is great for you! The hotel stuff was nice!
