Prices are high during the peak season, so we booked a homestay, but when we arrived we found out that the owner had not received any information about our order, which turned out to be a problem with the platform. Despite this, the owner paid for us to stay in a nearby four-star hotel. Super nice.

Quality room Clean comfortable easy check in. Bathroom and room are spacious. In the heart of San Sebastián. Close walking distance to everything. I would stay again.

For some reason Trip Advisor and Google list this as a 4 Star Hotel. It assuredly is not. It's a 2 Star Pensione (see picture at their front door). For a 2 star place it was perfectly adequate, but it lacked all the amenities associated with a 4 star property. Accordingly, I was disappointed

A/C did not work the whole stay. It was reported since day one and assistance was never provided. They don’t respond to messages on a reasonable time frame. The cleaning lady, who does not know much, is the only staff in the property during the morning. The front desk person, arrive at the property passed 12, time when guests have already left the property. It is worth it the note that ******* was not at much help either. I requested a full or partial refund and the most the they did was offer a $100 credit on my next trip, out of $750+ stay for 2 nights I paid for that property
