Love the apartment. In a quiet residential area overlooking beautiful rolling hills, yet 10mins away from town by bus or car. Bus stop is 2 mins walk away if you decided not to drive. Supermarket and petrol station 4 min drive away and you are also quickly connected to the highways for you to explore area outside san sabestian. The counter staffs are friendly and the room generally clean. Room is well equipped and my 1 bedroom is good for 4 pax. Highly recommended for family.

Five stars, 10/10! Fantastic stay with my wife and baby. Staff cannot do enough to help, especially Rotih at front desk. Extremely clean and very spacious and comfortable apartment which had everything you could possibly need for a lovely stay. Also beautiful postcard views, especially the sunsets which we enjoyed on our large clean patio with sunloungers, parasol and dining table. Nearby to all shops and shopping centre. 10 mins by car to centre san sebastian. So peaceful, we were sorry to leave so soon but will certainly be back. Thank you to all the lovely staff here.

Nice location with a wonderful view, very nice staff, quite. To go to San Sebastián you can take the Bus or a car. The kitchen has everything you need. Mountains and coast line is fast to reach. You can book a massage on the reception, which is good. Rooms are used but still nice an in a good condition.

We couldn't be happier with our stay at Irenaz. As a family with small kids, it was most important for us to find a place with green spaces away from the hustle and bustle of the city center, but still with easy access to it; Irenaz was just that. Located in a residential neighborhood, we woke up to gorgeous mountain views every morning, and were gifted beautiful colorful sunsets at night. The well kept garden, which can be admired from the rooms and accessible from the co-working area on the ground floor, offered tranquility while sitting and enjoying a tea at the tables outside, as well as a safe space for the kids play. The modern rooms are good-sized, the kitchen well equipped, the WiFi fast, and the beds comfortable, offering everything you need for a perfect stay. Although they don't belong to the hotel, were also happy to find two playgrounds right by it. The city center was easily accesible by bus which runs every half an hour, and the stop is just a couple of minutes away. Last but not least, the staff is outstanding, going above and beyond to make sure you have a wonderful stay.

Very spacious and comfortable apartment with a huge balcony area. Guest services were excellent and parking was easy. The kitchen facilities were pretty good for cooking. We enjoyed our stay! This property is not located near popular tourist destinations. We had a car, so it was fine for us. There were a number of grocery stores nearby. The neighborhood is quiet and safe.

Situated outside of the city center this place is ideal for those with their own transportation. It is quiet and comfortable. The kitchen is well-equipped. View of countryside from the large balcony is quite lovely. Staff is super-helpful.

The apartment was a little tired but functional and Donastia was a short bus ride. We were initially made very welcome on check in. We then had a problem with the car and a guy who worked there (didn't get his name) came with some tools and tried to repair it. When this wasn't possible I called RAC who eventually sent out someone who didn't speak English or French and Clara and another girl came out and translated. We had to be towed away and Clara gave her personal number to continue translating on the phone. I travel extensively and have never experienced such fantastic customer service, they all deserve a big pay rise

we stayed here for 1+ week, and we couldn't be happier. It is easy bus ride from/to the center, the neighborhood is nice, staff is splendid! only good things. Wifi worked perfectly to work remotely. we were able to cook. AC available. perfect
