Nice and clean room for 3. The room with the terrace is perfect for sunset. It’s easy to the beach in walking a short distance.

Great value for money, and the decor is quite nice too. While it's a bit far from the old town, getting to the boulevard by bus is very convenient. San Sebastián doesn't have ride-sharing apps like Uber, so if you need a taxi, you'll have to ask the front desk to call one for you.

Booked on trip.com with a special request for 2 dogs and parking (have a copy of the request).The receptionist said they received NO such requests, but they were doing me a favour by charging 120 euros for dogs (30 per dog per night) and 50 euros for car parking .They took prepayment of 120 euros for the dogs at check in. When I was checking out, the receptionist said the payment for dogs (€120) was due.I replied that it was already taken at check in. She argued that it is not in their system, and I must pay. I then showed her proof of payment from my bank, she then suddenly found it on the system. No apology. Overpriced and poor customer service!

The hotel is located just a few minutes by bus from the bar area. The exterior looks old, but the interior is very nice and clean. The bed was fluffy and I slept well. There's a supermarket nearby, so you can easily stock up if you need something. The breakfast selection isn't that extensive, but it was more than adequate. And it was very delicious. I'd love to stay here again the next time I visit San Sebastian.

The location of the hotel is good, two blocks from the seaside and a 5-minute walk away. There are surface and underground parking, which is more convenient. The room is hygienic, but the bath supplies are a bit simple. There is only one type of bath and shampoo. Breakfast was okay, plenty of fruit. The sea view of Sanse is really good, and the night view is even better at night. You can see the "shell" by walking to the east.
