A cute hotel, I only stayed there for a night. Checked in late at night and checked out early morning. The staffs there were nice.

Booked a two queen bed room. Comfy bed. Good hot shower. Overall pleasant stay for overnight stop in San Simeon.

The Morgan Hotel is a comfortable hotel, perfectly situated for visitors to the Hearst Castle. The room and bathroom were clean, bed was comfortable, and amenities adequate for an overnight stay. The breakfast was basic but appropriate for the price.

Honest advice: Don't book this hotel! This is truly the worst hotel I've stayed in over the years, both domestically and internationally. It's also the first time I've encountered a hotel where the reviews are so different from the actual situation. The rooms in this hotel are really old, shabby, and dirty. It doesn't matter that there's no elevator or air conditioning, but it's just too shabby and dirty! The windows of the small, dark "sea view" room are so dirty that you can't see out clearly. The screens on two of the three small windows that can be opened have holes in them, and one even has a large fly trapped in the window frame. I usually check to see if the sheets have been changed when I enter the room. When I lift them up, I see a few hairs left on the sheets by the previous tenant. It's really speechless.

The room is very American style, with a fireplace, which is quite warm at night. You can see the sea not far away through the window. In addition, the front desk is also very thoughtful.

This hotel is highly recommended. It is very close to the castle and the elephant seal beach. It is also very comfortable to have breakfast by the pool. It is very quiet! This price is really worth it. I will definitely stay again next time

Located next to Highway 1, with convenient transportation, the hotel is a bit old, and next to the Pacific Ocean, you can watch the sunrise and go fishing. There are check-in attractions nearby, such as Walrus Beach and Hearst Castle.

This hotel was the worst of my ten-plus-day stay in the US. I don't know how Ctrip got the 4.4 rating; it's so misleading. 1. There's no elevator, so I had to carry my suitcases upstairs. 2. The room was in another building, making it very inconvenient to get hot water. 3. The room was old, small, and shabby. There was no microwave, desk, or phone, and the lighting was dim, with very few outlets. It was completely empty. 4. The breakfast, while American breakfasts are generally simple, was the most basic. The coffee was just watered down, and there was only bread, hard-boiled eggs, and fruit. No sausage, patties, or bacon. I can't help but complain. I'm so upset I'm about to deduct points.

This is a very bad hotel. 1. There weren't many guests staying. The receptionist was a white man. He even put our family in a north room in another building. He wouldn't even try to accommodate us even if there were rooms available. Even after contacting us, he still wouldn't accommodate us. His attitude was extremely arrogant and rude. 2. The hotel is a bit far from the beach. There's a hotel next door with direct access to the beach, which is more convenient. 3. There were no tissues or mineral water. No one answered the phone at the front desk. 4. The building is very old. Very old. The living space was a bit dark and eerie. It was very uncomfortable. Finally, I do not recommend this hotel.

I didn't expect the hotel in San Simeon to be so cheap. It was the first time I booked a room under 1000 with breakfast included. Our room was on the first floor. The equipment was quite old, but it worked fine. The shower was good and the drainage was unobstructed. Parking was convenient. Not far from Elephant and Leopard Beach and Hearst Castle. Breakfast was bread, cereal, fruit, milk, etc. You can also make your own muffins, which was enough to fill you up. The tableware was disposable.
