Unzumutbar, unhygienisch und kundenfeindlich – nie wieder! Wir haben ein Apartment bei Vitop Residence in San Vito Lo Capo gebucht – und fanden Schimmel, Schmutz, Flecken und Haare vor. Der Zustand war ekelhaft und gesundheitsgefährdend: - Schimmel in Dusche, Wänden und Fugen - Haare auf Bett und Boden - Flecken auf Matratze und Möbeln - Dreckige, klebrige Oberflächen - Das „Sofa“ war ein durchgelegenes Bett mitten in der Küche – neben dem Mülleimer Wir haben sofort reklamiert, alles mit Fotos dokumentiert und die Unterkunft nicht genutzt (nicht übernachtet, nicht ausgepackt). Trotzdem: ❌ keine Rückerstattung, ❌ keine Entschuldigung – ❌ nur das Angebot für eine Ersatzwohnung mit AUFPREIS! Dieses Geschäftsmodell setzt darauf, dass Gäste aufgeben. Wir nicht: ✅ Chargeback bei der Bank eingeleitet ✅ Verbraucherschutz eingeschaltet (EVZ / ECC-Net) ✅ Fotos veröffentlicht & juristische Schritte in Prüfung 👉 Wer hier bucht, riskiert sein Geld und seine Gesundheit. Achtung vor Vitop Residence – für uns war das organisierter Touristenbetrug. ---------------------------------------------------- We booked an apartment at Vitop Residence in San Vito Lo Capo – and were met with mold, dirt, stains, and hair everywhere. The condition of the apartment was disgusting and a health hazard: Mold in the shower, walls, and tile joints Hairs on the bed, pillow, and floor Stains on the mattress and furniture Sticky, greasy, dirty surfaces The "sofa" was actually a worn-out bed placed in the kitchen, right next to the trash can We immediately complained, documented everything with photos, and did not use the apartment at all (no overnight stay, no unpacking). Still, we were met with: ❌ No refund ❌ No apology ❌ Only an offer for a different apartment – at extra cost! This business model relies on guests giving up. We didn’t: ✅ Chargeback request filed with our bank ✅ Complaint submitted to the European Consumer Centre (ECC-Net) ✅ Photos published & legal action under review 👉 Booking here means risking your money and your health. ⚠️ Beware of Vitop Residence – this felt like organized tourist fraud to us.

We stayed at Vitop for a week. Great apartment. There were everyhing we needed. It has a good location. Only a short walk from the beach, restaurants, shops etc. A special thanks to Lorenzo who has been very helpful during our stay and his English is very good! Would def. recommend this place.

Things that can make you a bit uncomfortable are, doors which are the connecting door with other apartment which are thin and you can hear a little bit someone in other room. Furnitures are made of a thick plywood board including beds, so if you move on on the bed it makes sound just because the bed 's frame is in contact with the bed's legs, causing friction and creaking. If you put some tiny separator under the board between the leg and the frame, there is no more creaking bed. - Great location, modern room style, very helpful host, always in touch by WhatsApp, everything explained about stay, how to self check in and so on. Air conditioner synchronized with closed windows. Blinds on the windows if completely lowered in the window, then room is completely dark. Closed windows guarantee silence from the street. Good equipped kitchen, clean bathroom with little window and hairdryer. Good views from both sides of building, one side mountain and other side quite a quiet street with buildings but really nice area. Few minutes to Beach.
