What a truly exceptional place Riad Comfort Rooms is. Francesco’s attention to every single detail is remarkable — the décor, both inside and outside, is unbelievably beautiful. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The courtyard and roof terrace are stunning; peaceful little spaces to sit, relax, and unwind. The accommodation is also perfectly located right by the beach, with beautiful sea views from the roof terrace, and only a few minutes' stroll from the town centre. Francesco goes above and beyond to ensure everything is perfect — and it truly was. The breakfast selection was incredible, and we’ve definitely come home a few pounds heavier thanks to all the delicious options! We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Francesco and his beautiful accommodation. It was absolutely perfect for our honeymoon, and we most definitely hope to return one day.

We visited San Vito lo Capo and had an unforgettable stay at the Riad. Giuseppe and his crew are doing a great job, creating a familiar atmosphere. The Riad itself does have many lovely details, the patio is just amazing, as well as the roof top floor. The breakfast with local pastry, fresh fruits and egg variations gave us a perfect start to the day. The beach is just a short walk from the Riad and restaurants are nearby. We will come back to this lovely place.

We loved staying at the Riad. It was so beautifully decorated with so many interesting features and plants. Francesco was so friendly, attentive and helpful. The breakfast was delicious, varied everyday and it was a delight to sit in the Riad courtyard to enjoy it. We also enjoyed an evening drink up on the terrace. Can't not fault this mini hotel 10/10

Refined, welcoming, quiet small hotel one block from the beach that is a sanctuary of peace, wonderful food and kind helpfulness from Francesco. We spent 5 nights enjoying the beautiful San Vito swimming and the tranquility of this hotel that welcomes guests of all ages . Highly recommend!

Our family had a wonderful experience staying at the Riad in July of 2025. It is conveniently located across from the beach and in the middle of everything you might need in San Vito lo capo. The hospitality at this hotel sets it apart from other places we have stayed. Francesco really goes out of his way to make the stay for his guests wonderful, the hospitality was warm and inviting. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious, the rooms were very quiet, and the hotel itself felt like a private oasis (as there are only 6 rooms in this hotel). The hotel itself is wonderful, we loved the picturesque courtyard and the greenery. Clearly a lot of pride taken in the upkeep of this beautiful hotel. A bonus was that Francesco was kind enough to let us use the washer and dryer on premises. Highly recommend staying here when visiting San Vito lo capo!

This Hotel is situated near (1-minute stroll), the most beautiful beach we've ever seen. The crystal-clear turquoise blue sea with gentle, fun waves and soft, white sands invited us to swim at all times and to thank God for His beautiful creation. I had a wonderful time swimming almost every day in this clean, giant, God-given, oversized natural pool! The location is fantastic. We had the pleasure of staying at this exceptional, uniquely designed and decorated hotel for a week, and I must say, the experience exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the host/owner, Francesco met us at the gate to welcome us and to help us with our luggage, show us to our room, and warm our food (we brought along) for us. He deferred our check-in till the next day, telling us it was more important for us to get a good night's rest. Just Wow! What a compassionate, polite, friendly and thoughtful host!!! We were so touched because we arrived really late at night. Full of character, beautified with a variety of cactuses, plants, pots, lamps that reminded me of Morocco, the hotel decor, courtyard, Rooftop, and room design took our breath away!!! Our room and bathroom were spotlessly clean, the shower was big, and the shower head was delightful, delivering full rain-like water with the perfect pressure. The rich breakfast was scrumptious! It consisted of pastries that were fresh, crispy, delicious, and fried eggs done to our taste each morning with several fillings (bacon, mushrooms, cheese, locally grown tomato) by the ever-smiling, helpful Lina. We were served coffee, tea, fresh fruits, freshly squeezed juice, nuts every morning at breakfast. We tried the variety of freshly-made local pastries with a variety of fruits and Yoghurt that the host served with flourish, laughter, warmth, hospitality, and professionalism that we found totally heartwarming. We were also allowed to take away any food we wanted from the breakfast meal. That was very kind. Francesco, the host was extremely helpful, giving us useful advice. He lent us his bicycle so my hubby could teach me how to ride, and he ordered us a paid shuttle to take us to the Airport when we requested. Beach towels were offered for FREE! Thank you for that, honestly. The host also packed us lunch when we went on a Boat Cruise and we were touched by his kindness. After we checked out and went for a swim in the gorgeous sea, (since our flight was a late one) I was offered a chance to have a shower and our luggage were kept in storage for us. The host was always happy to answer all our questions about Sicily, sharing stories and facts and taking pride in telling us about the town he loves so much. My wife and I stayed at RIAD Comfort Rooms for eight nights. When we first got there we had the pleasure of meeting Francesco, who made us feel very welcome. We found him to be helpful and accommodating. RIAD’s architectural design of the premise retained some of the history of the island. The entire premises was spotless, the rooms were spacious and comfortable. There is also a rooftop sitting area where one can enjoy a drink in the quietude of the evening. Everything was in good working order. We enjoyed sitting in the courtyard every morning for breakfast. There was an assortment of food available. We could ask for nothing more. Francesco's staff were kind and went out of their way to accommodate. The beautiful, clean beach was a one minute walk away. We would not hesitate to book another week’s stay at this location. Everything about this hotel is just perfect: the location, the rooms, the amenities, the kindness of the staff. Francesco made us feel welcome since day 1 and made sure that we had an amazing stay at all times. He took the time to give us the best recommendations about the area and thanks to him we discovered some amazing places that we would have not found otherwise. The breakfast was amazing, from salty items to sweet local pastries, the variety of food was always impressive and everything is served in a hygienic way. Words can't describe how beautiful San Vito Lo Capo is, and staying at this beautiful hotel was just the cherry on the cake that made everything ever more magical, I highly recommend it to both single couples and families or even lone travelers. 10/10!
