large and spacious rooms, reasonable prices, only Muslim restaurants are a bit far and there are no self-service laundry facilities.. the internet/wifi system and broadcasts on television are not satisfactory.. there is no service for transporting goods.. otherwise ok

Good location near with places we want to go. room is clean and good service by staff. Easy to find places to eat. Will definitely stay here again!

Comfortable for family trip. Only the hotel is a bit old. By the way, good service from the staff, and they have good smile on their face.

Location of the hotel it's make me so convenience, surrounding by restaurant's,located in the middle heart of sandakan..
Room made me so satisfied,big and Clean with the friendly manner services from the hotels staff..

Not flexible for slightly early check in time though the hotel room is available. Door card given not able to open & have to go back to reception to activate the door card.
