Very disappointed in this hotel considering the price. It’s a fair bit away from the main part of Sandakan (long walk or taxi) and there was no wifi signal in our room.
The rooms smelt damp was big, but the lighting was so dim it still felt like a small space. The shower was hot, which was something we found to be not guaranteed on our visit to Malaysia.

Room is very spacious and clean. They even have spacious space at the room entrance, hot water at the sink and coffee table and chairs inside the rooms. Value for money

Just come for short trip. Located near to town. Surrounding area quite empty. Sleep for one night. Good for budget. Clean but I feel cramped. Not for me.

Room clean, this hotel is recommend to those who self drive as surrounding no restaurants. Free parking. Good for businesses trip.

We started with a bad room that smelled of smoke and the air conditioning was blowing pieces of ice out. The staff were really nice and quickly fixed the problem by giving us a new room.
The beds were extremely short, so you couldn't lie flat in them. The hotel was fine for the price.
