We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is great, making it easy to get around and explore the area. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this hotel to others. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. We would definitely come back!

This hotel is located in the Sandton area, about a fifteen-minute walk from Nelson Mandela Square. The facilities are great, the environment is lovely, and the breakfast is incredibly rich and varied. The hotel's restaurant food is also good, with prices comparable to dining outside. I chose to stay at the hotel for dinner, partly for safety reasons.

The breakfast was good, and overall, I felt it was a cut above other hotels.

The hotel is very clean and has the most modern technology in terms of check in which makes the process easier. If you have business around Sandton area it’s the ideal place to be as places like Sandton city mall are under 2km away.

Decent size rooms, friendly staff at reception. Communal areas upstairs a little tatty. Centrally located. Cleanliness is fair. Products are innovative and catchy in terms of bathroom necessities quirky with a clever twist. Great looking lobby with good seating: food is average.

This is a great hotel , in a good location. The check in was smooth, room service is a bit slow though. House keeping is excellent, I like them so much . The facility is great but I didn’t like the pool area , is always packed with so many people. Some of them weren’t even guest at the hotel . Which make it a bit unsafe to leave your belonging just lying around. I mean you have to pack up everything every time you go to the loo. The pool area had no space to sit and chill on especially in the afternoon. The bar takes a bit long to prepare drinks . The waitress/waiter were amazing. I just didn’t like the check out time . 10 am it’s too early and they weren’t keen on extending with just one hour . I don’t think I’ll book again . Safety issues. If other people didn’t have that much access to the hotel I wouldn’t mind staying there again.

Located along Katherine St, really beautiful with delicious breakfast and dinner. The rooms are exceptionally clean, although a little bit small( we had so many bags). Mimi from the reception was really helpful and kind. Her services was top notch. Would definitely recommend this

The room was different from the picture that showed kitchen and couch in a separate room. Smaller room than you can think. And there was no slippers. But it was clean and convenient enough to stay. The facilities such as 24 hours of gym, not mandatory to wear swim suit in a pool plus hot zacuzzi were great.

This was a good stay. My favorite part was the breakfast, I thought it was so delicious! The pool was beautiful and the view from my room was beautiful too. I would recommend this hotel, it was cute.

Hotel is rated at 5star but the amenities are quite average. The standard king size room is smaller than I have experience in some other hotels if that range. You do not find water glasses in the room. Room service is very slow and sometimes your call will just keep transferring between room service and reception if you needed something. If you ordered food in your room, you have to make payment immediately. It does not amount up to check out. There is only one restaurant, one cafe in the hotel. You can walk up to nearest restaurant for your food that is 800m away.Pool is there but you have to carry your own towel. The day we arrived, there was a birthday party around the pool with loud music. We avoided going to pool side. Shoe shiner is in the lobby and if you get your shoes cleaned he needs to be paid as compliment and that complement begins with 100rand minimum. To me it’s an average hotel and ok for a couple of days. It had some conference going on so extra crowd was also in the lobby for the two days we stayed If you are looking for a luxery experience, better choose another hotel. This hotel is ok for not more than two days of stay.

The staff went above and beyond to ensure that all my needs were met, including a special favor of allowing me to leave my suitcase while I was away on the safari. Their flexibility and accommodating nature were greatly appreciated. The hotel itself was a sight to behold. It exuded elegance and charm, with its beautifully designed interiors and well-maintained facilities. The attention to detail was evident in every aspect, from the tastefully decorated rooms to the inviting common areas.
