Location is good but need to drive to get to any groceries. The fully phone assistance check in is smooth but note that most of time there is no reception in-house. Lights on the TV hall area was faulty but after the technician came over to check, they didn't repair it same day. I just could not be bothered as I am checking out the next day itself. Hopefully, better services can be provided in future ! Thanks.

The room is quite clean!!! Honestly we have been to many places, cleanliness is top thing for travelers, so never tired of repeating this. Location is great with a nice dock view and near Coles and Woolies(8min drive). The off-hour calls are picked up and attended patiently and considerably. Quiet and easy to fall asleep. The only thing is the hot-water was gone too quick, I assume they are using the solar panels? The hot water once consumed will not come back as they promised at night. Honestly didn’t impact my family since we take quick shower for water-saving for the planet by default. But should make a note here.

Good location close to the casino would recommend if your looking for a nice quiet stay

The location is excellent, with easy access to a wide variety of eateries, shops, and tourist attractions. The heater in the bathroom is also very useful and works well. However, the room heating could be improved. The air-conditioning unit is positioned too far from the bed, so the heating effect is not very effective in the sleeping area. An additional heater near the bed would make the stay more comfortable.

Delex twin room was booked and the images shows kitchen in them. After reaching hotel they denied to provide us a room with kitchen and when we asked they were not happy. Don’t get misled by the images shown on the ad.

We have stayed here a few times before on our last trip to Tassie. This time we based ourselves there in Hobart and did day trips out from the motel. Exiting the motel to any destination nearby was so easy. There is good on site parking and close enough to the city for Uber when we didn't want to deal with parking. The restaurants and take aways nearby in both directions are some of the best we have visited. We were lucky to be based in the same room even though we placed 3 bookings for the week. The rooms are always clean and the building well maintained. Easy phone call for assistance if reception was unattended.

The motel is conveniently located near the CBD, with shops only a short drive away. It was renovated years ago, is well maintained, and provides daily housekeeping service.
