Hotel was in general terms ok and at a walking distance to the city center and museums. Restaurant was goog. Some staff would benefit a lot from improving their knowledge of English. The air conditioning in our room was not generating enough cooling. I referred it in the reception, but nothing changed. At the checkout, we wanted to buy an article they had on display on a glassed-door shelve. But the staff told me that the people who could open it would arrive at 7 PM only... This was translated via mobile phone, since they did not seem to speak enough English. I wonder today if they understood want I wanted... Not the most positive experience at a Hilton.

A hotel you will go with your family with very warm interested people. They both cared about us and our very good daughter 😊 We were very happy. We arrived at Urfay at 2 pm and we stayed here at 2 pm. If your way falls, this is exactly for you.

First, the cleaning of the beds was the comfort of the beds, we first received it very well, but we weren't informed about the time of entry we went to the bed at 12:45 and waited us on the terrace until 2 pm. I stayed at this wonderful hotel for one night. The salient feature of this hotel is its location. It is right across from Balikligol, the main mosques, the bazaar, a 5 minute walk to the mosaic museum. Rooms are spacious, retro style and comfortable. The only things is that they should place carpets in the room, this will make rooms more cosy and comfortable. Breakfast is amazing, Rates are good for this level of hotel, medium range I would say. Highly recommended

Once again the hotel was wonderful. The central location, the friendly staff and the superb breakfast make this hotel one of the best for a visit to Urfa. A couple of reviews have commented on the fact that this is dry hotel with no alcohol. If alcohol is important to you, go to the Hilton, it's boring but they have beer. We will be back for more of the El Ruha's charm. Menus are in English, and with a bit of Google translate, language is not an issue.
