Sanmenxia Hubin District Hotels

The hotel is actually quite good. Looking at the foyer, lobby and decoration, it must have been a place to receive big leaders and cadres in the past, so when you book a room, you will find that there are many single rooms, which are not called double rooms but single rooms. The double boutique standard room I booked was larger, and the bathroom was pretty good, with a bathtub and shower, the water was very hot, almost all disposable items were provided, and the toothbrush was also very useful. The bed is also very comfortable, but compared to the standard room single beds in newly renovated hotels that usually range from 1.35 meters to 1.5 meters, the 1.2-meter bed here is really small, so you should be careful when bringing children. The bed is relatively high and does not lean against the walls on either side. When I booked the hotel, Ctrip showed that it would upgrade my room. When I checked in, the lady was also very polite and said that if there were elderly families, I could get a room closer to the elevator, or I could walk a little further and get a room with a balcony. Listen. I was quite happy. My mother also praised the service here for respecting the elderly and caring for the young. In the end, I was given a room that was almost at the end of the corridor and next to the balcony room without a balcony... This polite service was a bit boring. Oh... the breakfast was pretty good. It cost 40 yuan for an extra person. The food was also very good. There were mutton soup, rice noodles, noodles and dumplings, all of which were delicious. The waiters in the restaurant were very nice and even took the initiative to help make coffee. It’s best to use cups with hot milk instead of cups with handles, it’s too hot... Before I left, the lady in the lobby gave me a small gift in the hope of helping me comment. The lady gave me a list. I only remembered that there was Xiaoting, but I couldn’t remember anything else. .

The most impressive thing about this stay is the front desk service, the staff is gentle and enthusiastic, the procedures are straightforward, and there is no need to wait for a long time. Consult the surrounding travel, room related questions, all patiently and meticulously answered, encountering needs is also actively coordinated, the service is professional and intimate, the overall stay experience is very good, there is a pick-up station service, too intimate, breakfast is also very delicious, very recommended.

I stayed at the Sanmenxia Swan Rhyme International Hotel for three nights during the National Day holiday and it was fantastic! The hotel was very clean and tidy, and the service was attentive and thoughtful, with a complimentary four-compartment snack and drink buffet every day. The rooms were spacious and bright, with great views overlooking Swan Lake, the Yellow River, and the city center. The hotel's location was excellent, making it very convenient to reach various attractions. The breakfast was plentiful and of high quality.

A special thank you to the front desk staff of your hotel. I had booked a two-night stay, but my child developed a fever in the middle of the night on the first night. I tried calling the front desk to ask if they had a thermometer, and less than five minutes after hanging up, a thermometer was delivered to my room. When the front desk staff brought me the medicine I had ordered from takeout, they thoughtfully included a few extra bottles of water, which immediately calmed me down. Because my child was sick, we checked out the next day. Before checking out, the front desk proactively informed me that I could cancel the second night's stay, which was unexpected, as I had thought that bookings were non-refundable! The hotel's buffet breakfast and lunch were also excellent. There were also complimentary roasted sweet potatoes and hot drinks on the first floor. I didn't get to see everything this time, but I'll definitely go back next time and stay at your hotel again!!

Facilities: too old, toilet does not work properly, shower is small and splashes everywhere, water is not hot (don't the staff check the equipment?). Think about staying for just one night and leaving, and it’s the Spring Festival, so there are few waiters, so let’s understand each other. Hygiene: General Service: During the Spring Festival, eating should be a headache for most tourists. Many restaurants are closed or only accept reservations for Spring Festival set meals, and with few people, the set meals cannot be finished. When we arrived at the hotel, we happened to meet the restaurant manager. After hearing about our situation, he immediately helped us arrange a la carte meals. I would like to express my gratitude here, as this made our stay at the hotel not particularly bad.

I've stayed here twice already. The service is excellent and very impressive. If I go back again, I'll definitely stay here again.

Self-driving to Sanmenxia, staying at the all-season hotel. The hotel is located on the main road. Free parking in front of the door, two gates can be driven in. Report the license plate number at the front desk when you leave the scene, or drive out from the two gates. The front desk staff was skilled and thoughtful, and took care of the elderly and arranged a quiet room in Xiangyang. grateful! The room is bright and clean, spacious and comfortable, and the bedding is high quality. There are no intelligent control facilities in the room. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, the shower has sufficient hot water and the water is unblocked. Breakfast nutrition, variety, delicious!

The hotel is newly opened, it is really good, I rarely comment, this is really worthy of five-star praise, the room is very large, the corridor is very wide, the living is particularly comfortable, very clean, the window is the mountain view is pleasing to the eye, next to Nanshan Park, It is also very convenient to climb the steps and climb the mountain after eating, and there are a lot of food to stroll around.

It was excellent. The room was well-equipped and cleaned meticulously, and they even provided complimentary yogurt. The sheets and duvet covers were very comfortable, and there were plenty of takeout options nearby, making it very convenient. The restaurant on the first floor, while small, was very good at breakfast, and I'd even describe it as delicious. Parking was also available, with what appeared to be both ground and underground parking areas. The only downside was the soundproofing. One night, two women from the next door were chatting late, and the man from another room finally called out to them to stop them. Oh, and before leaving, they even packed up local specialties and two bottles of water. The service was truly excellent, and the women were helpful and attentive.

The stay experience is very comfortable, the location is very close to the high-speed rail station, and the transportation is convenient. The rooms are well lit, hygienic and the layout is simple and atmospheric. The staff is friendly and quick. The breakfast is rich in variety, delicious, and the public area is quiet and elegant. Whether it is a transit or a short trip, it is a very good choice for staying.
