房型標註智能馬桶，實際不是，房門從外面也能打開，除非掛上鏈鎖會開不了，房間説是25層到30層，經過再三要求，樓層從17調到23又到26層，沒有小童牙刷和拖鞋。硬件不錯，軟實力需要加強，僅供參考

非常好，在春節期間他的價格在福建是最合理的了，房間裏還有酒店送的水果點心，酒店乾淨衞生，所有的工作人員都非常好，從前台，客房部到保安都非常好，如果預訂的房間沒有早餐，酒店對面就有小吃店味道也不錯。如果選擇來沙縣玩的，我建議酒店訂在三明，開車沒多久就到了，玩了一天晚上再住在舒服的地方會非常開心的，前提是一定要在網上提前訂好房間

三明的寶藏酒店，新裝修的 非常大氣的大堂 寬大的電梯 電梯裡帶紙巾 樓層很高 30 層 臨江江景 屋子很大 燈光設計很棒 智能馬桶 . 強烈推薦 .
唯一要改善的是 早餐廳 沒啥吃的 就拌麪和餛飩 來點牛肉麪或者臊子麪吧 連咖啡衹有速溶的有點説不過去吧 .

每年一兩次三明探親，都選擇明城國際，酒店新裝修乾淨整潔，房間很大寬敞，前台服務很不錯，交通很方便。距離麒麟山一公里，出行方便！附近商場餐飲便利，總體來説在這個小城市是很不錯的選擇。

太讓我意外喜悦，必須點贊。當天應該是三明最冷的一天，我們八點多才到朋務生主動幫我把行理送到房間，一進房一股暖氣窗簾自動打開沙溪邊的江景一覽無餘，房間大設施全乾凈，雖然是老酒店但硬件一點不差，衞生間超大。另，自助早餐太豐富了。
