The overall service and equipment are satisfactory. The place is clean. Although the location is about 20 minutes away from the city, you can get a quiet and comfortable hotel accommodation here. However, the air conditioning and ventilation deserve improvement. Although it is spring and summer, it is Turning on the air conditioning here doesn't seem to be easy.

We thorougly enjoyed our wonderful stay at Villa Balis Crema, a fantastic hotel in the most beautiful setting. We weten welcome with great hospitality, The breakfast was excellent, with very tasty, local products and served with style. The view is extraordinary and we felt really welcome by Gherardini & Staff. With 2 teenager boys and our small dag it is difficult to stay silent, but they were welcomed with kindness and a lot of charm. We definitely recommend the wonderful charm and extraordinary setting of this hotel, also for families and we will definitely try to come back! Thank you so much for this excellent experience!

Hazardous rooms for children. There are unprotected falls in the rooms that make it hazardous for children. Avoid this place, I travel a lot and I have never experienced this level of cynicism from hotel before. The photo in the picture shows the unprotected gap from upper level to lower level, which did not concern the hotel at all.

Finely renovated period villa composed of a central body where the reception, the breakfast room and the larger and more refined rooms are located and two annexes with more "easy going" rooms but in any case very pleasant and with attention to the smallest details. The view from the garden is enchanting, as is the pool area and the garden with medicinal plants. The breakfast was excellent, ranging from sweet to savory with many fresh products and even honey in the honeycomb (I saw some hives at the bottom of the garden). Friendly and professional staff, especially the girls at the reception. Parking inside the structure. A true oasis of peace where you can escape to disconnect from everything and reconcile with yourself and the world. Highly recommended.
