Grupotel Ibiza Beach Resort - Adults Only

The hotel's location and views are spectacular, and the service and friendliness of the staff are excellent. The breakfast is quite substantial. They allow you to enjoy the facilities in the afternoon on the day of departure, in case your flight leaves in the late afternoon or evening.

The hotel's location is excellent, but the staff is not very helpful, especially at the front desk. Cleanliness is generally poor. Breakfast is subpar; you can also have it by the pool, but the problem is that you have to get it from a restaurant 30 meters away and bring it with you. The room was infested with insects, preventing us from sleeping the first night. We also asked for a change of sheets because they were covered in hair. The next day, we resolved the room issue by speaking to the manager, who very kindly gave us a much larger room on the third floor. It's a shame, because the hotel is in a very beautiful location.

Beach right next to the hotel. Swimming pool with beach views. Sweets always available. 24-hour reception. Excellent breakfast. Bars, super nice little town. You don't need to leave.

Everything really perfect

Stay all ok +++
