Kali Hotel Reviews

This has been my 4th time staying at Edificio Kali Hotel and I will keep coming back. The service makes you feel like royalty and the rooms are always spotless and super clean. They have a great parking to keep your car safe and it’s within walking distance to the cathedral and many shops. The rooms have hot water, crispy AC, Netflix, and very comfy bedding and pillows that always smell clean without any stains. The building is a historic one with lots of character and a great view at the top. The staff is super friendly and always serve you with a smile and always willing to help.

We had 2 rooms. The room on the street side was very noisy but more comfortable. The interior rooms mattress was very lumpy and the only window overlooked a courtyard with trash and peeling paint. Also strange to share a floor with several businesses. Do not just a hotel. A couple of time there was not hot water for showers. On the plus side the staff were super friendly.

Easy access to the main roads, and you can walk to the history park. everybody here are super friendly and always able to help you. not so quiet during the daytime, but at night time is quiet.

Very poor service… food very poor & after waiting for over 30 minutes for coffee i finally left without eating breakfast. I do not recommend this hotel.

The kindest staff I’ve ever encountered. The staff was amazing and always willing to help. They were always making sure we had everything we needed and whenever we requested help they always made sure to go above and beyond.
