Due to this being a residential area, please respect the noise curfew from 10pm-8am. *** There are video recording cameras on the exterior perimeter of the property for your safety & ours. :) There are no cameras on the interior of the home or in the pool and backyard areas of the home. There is another attached rental unit on the property which shares two walls in the kitchen. And one detached unit above the garage. They are designed with meticulous privacy in mind and all spaces have separate entrances and do not view into or have access to your pool and resort backyard. The upstairs apartment is accessible from the opposite side of the property and you’d never interact with them except while walking in the beautiful tree-lined neighborhood. Although we allow pets, there are certain dog breeds that are NOT acceptable.
