チェックイン時のホテルスタッフの対応が非常に不快でした。男性スタッフにホテル窓口でチェックインを申し出ると、ネームの一言。利用している車の情報等一通りの書類記入が終わり、132号室をアサインされました。客室のドアを開けると強くペットの臭いを感じました。直ちに、もう一度窓口に行き、臭いの状況を伝えると状況を調べる様子も無く、即座に客室は全室予約済み。嫌なら、キャンセルして今からほかのホテルを手配し直せと言われる。それは厳しいが、せめて客室の臭いを確認して欲しいと伝える。あなたの言う事は信じないが、一度だけ変更する。直ぐに329号室を提供されました。コロナ前から利用していたホテルですが、こんな対応を受けたのは初めてです。非常に不快で、残念でした。

very happy with the staff they were super friendly and remembered me from other stays. Room shows some wear and had a very slight musty scent which dissipated after I turned on the a/c , never had the order again. A/C works great loved having the mini kitchen and the parking is lit and easy to see to front door from the lot.Over all very happy and will stay again here or in another Sonesta property.
