Soul & Sea #1 – East Beach Condo

Beautifully decorated, close to the beach and not a detail overlooked. My new go-to spot when in Santa Barbara!

Awesome host, great cottage Host was very thoughtful and provided us with everything we needed to have a good time at home and at the beach. Place was clean and comfortable. We were initially worried that the one bathroom did not lock but it turned out to be a non-issue with our group.

Heather was without a doubt the most accommodating, sweetest host you could ever hope for. Not to mention her place is spectacular and we had every amenity we needed to enjoy our week long stay with our 2 boys. Was the perfect location to walk to the beach in the mornings or to the zoo in the afternoon. Short driving distance to a lot of great spots and beaches to explore. If you have the opportunity, definitely book the trip and stay here!

Charming and cozy This was such a gem. From the moment we walked in I was impressed. The owner has thought of everything you could possibly need. The beds were comfortable, the decor was perfect, the kitchen was well stocked and had a lot of amenities. The beach was few blocks away and you could walk to the Tri County Supermarket two blocks away. The building was quiet, felt safe, and was perfectly located for jumping on the freeway. The owner checked in with us and was immediately responsive to any questions we had. We would absolutely stay here again.

Excellent stay The property was beautifully appointed and comfortable and the coffee and treats were a lovely touch. Heather was extremely easy to communicate with and flexible as our plans needed to change for an evolving family situation. Can’t say enough good things about the place and our host. Highly recommend!
