I stay here yearly, it is an old building, but clean andgood size rooms. The location is great for shopping, restaurants, and beach!

Basically this is the place
This place is amazing. Probably the best place we could have picked. I think it’s the closest hotel to the pier. There’s nice restaurants nearby. It’s a few blocks from basically anything and everything we were interested in. The property is beautiful with the stream and the bridges going over the water.
Two small complaints.
1. There’s no microwave for the guests anywhere on the property. If you’re made of money, that isn’t a problem. You just eat out for every meal.
2. Parking is a separate $32 per night. I didn’t notice that anywhere until I showed up. I half expected it, but it’s pretty lame

The property location is the best. Beautiful ocean view, loads of fun things to do. The inns beds are soft and relaxing. The design of the inn is beautiful. You are surrounded by overpriced restaurants FYI. Some upgrades like a microwave in the room should be a must. Only 2 vending machines for such a big property is a no. Front desk should have a walk-in pantry for customers to buy things, 24hr lobby hello. If you enjoy being across the street from the beach this is the place to be.

The asst manager on duty - Jason - did his good job understanding how taking care customer complain with the solution . And the receptionist on duty when I check out - sorry I forgot his name - very friendly and he called me to let me know we had stuffs belonging left in our room - and the bell boys they are very kinds and friendly .
Some concerns need to improves : the worker - cleaning services need to teaineee to be more friendly when meet the customer - like other hotel - and on the booking confirmation must to mentioned which building their confirmation room - on the south , west or north building . So didn’t have any misunderstanding of the customer expectation due to north and west are but further from the ocean and swimming pool like the south / main building .

This property has a great location - close to many restaurants and just across the street from the beach and its great biking/walking path.
I did have one complaint I shared at checkout. The mattress in my room should have been retired a long time ago. It was so saggy and it was difficult to sleep on.

I paid extra for the view and I got view on parking lot under my tiny balcony.
Swimming pool was located over two streets in another location.
No room serves, no Restorant, no bottle water, but the coffee maker.
