The hotel is in an awesome spot! You can walk everywhere and it’s in the heart of the Santa Barbara area. We loved the lobby and spent time there relaxing. Our only issue was that the room was never cleaned and we had to ask for towels and the trash to be emptied.

Fantastic location, staff was helpful and friendly. The room itself was very small, but it worked. Parking was easy. Overall a great experience.

Great place. The staff was very friendly. One thing to know is that the parking is valet only and at the time of this review is $38 per night. Great location. The coffee they have is really good. I'd stay there again, especially if I don't have a car.
