Cleanliness was acceptable. There were no pillows on the bed, only three decorative cushions. I accidentally left some clothes behind upon check-out and requested them to be sent back via express delivery, offering to cover the shipping costs. However, despite multiple attempts to contact the hotel, I received no response.

The room was clean actually ,after reading all the bad reviews I was expecting it to be super bad. Don't get me wrong it's not perfect ,but its not bad for the price. The only problem there was pretty much just the shampoo and conditioner and body wash situation they gave us like two little ketchup packet sized packets of shampoo and conditioner and a small bar of soap. It was nice the heater worked well ,the area is pretty quiet too. The TV had a good tv guide and a lot of premium channels.

The room was very nice and clean, and the bed and bedding were very comfortable, which is the most important thing. Overall it was pretty quiet, the only minor issue was the cable appeared to be out for the TV, but I didn't try to watch it until the last night of my stay...I'm sure it was a temp issue which can happen from time to time. Rose Garden Inn was the best rate around for the Thanksgiving holiday, and it was greatly appreciated compared to the overcharging of other hotels in Santa Barbara at that time.

Convenient location, near food and travel options. The room was comfortable, with nice features: good TV, microwave and fridge. There were occasional noise disturbances, the usual car start in the early AM, an odd tapping sound when all else was quiet (as if water were dripping within the wall, lots of rain while I was in SB). I would stay again.

Check in staff member was rude, the curtain rod in the room was coming off the wall and overall just a mid experience. Won’t be staying there again.

Room was fine, but it was very difficult to sleep. Walls were thin. I'd say nothing to write home about, but it was adequate.
