Town and Country Inn

This place is a low budget hotel even though it was expensive, but then that is the way it is in August if you want to travel to Santa Barbara. I would not say that there is anything seriously wrong with it, but it was not completely clean, the room faced the parking lot, so if you are traveling alone, there might be a security concern. However, the people who worked at the front desk seemed pleasant enough. They just really didn’t do much for us.

Our room was clean and as expected. We stayed at this hotel as an overnight pit stop, and it was perfectly fine. Location is good, about 10 min drive to downtown where shops and restaurants are. Only one staff on site in a small,but functional front office. No issue in checking in or out.

Ideally located in Santa Barbara, great value for money and lovely ownership. A good motel overall, not hotel quality but you get what you pay for and we were happy for the night.
