Hyatt Place Santa Barbara

The hotel appears to be quite old, but the management has done its best to maintain and improve the facilities and services. The hotel's location is acceptable, but the entrance and exit are right in front of a traffic light, making it difficult to turn in and out. The most noteworthy aspect is their breakfast, which is very diverse, fresh, and delicious.

Hygiene: The cleaning staff kept the room spotless, and the sanitation service was excellent. Environment: The environment was beautiful and uniquely designed. Service: The front desk staff were very welcoming, and the self-service breakfast offered a wide selection of tea bags. Facilities: The facilities were relatively new.

There are plenty of outdoor rest areas, it feels very local, and the environment is decent. Breakfast is simple.

The room is quite spacious but the facilities are relatively old and there is no shower gel in our room, and no waiter refilled it. It is about 10 minutes away from the beach, which is not bad. It can be considered for temporary residence. For long-term travel, it is recommended to choose a hotel close to the beach for convenient travel.

Located in one of the middle locations on California's Highway 1, it is a good place to rest midway. The Hyatt Place Hotel is in a refined American country style, quiet and elegant. The hotel does not provide slippers, and there is a parking lot next to it, which is not bad.

The front desk service is not flexible. Of course, it may be because business is so good on weekends that there is no way to coordinate. The hotel environment is good and parking is convenient. Breakfast bar, not much choice.

The air conditioner in the room was too noisy and I couldn't sleep at all. I turned it off and the quilt was too thin. A very bad experience! But the whole town is worth visiting
