Very, very good! A good hotel with five-star reviews! The swimming pool is very comfortable and the environment is first-class!

Not far from UCSB, there are Chinese restaurants ＂ Xinyuan ＂ downstairs, surrounded by Albertsons, Trade Joe's, Sprouts, dollar trees, CVS, and delicious Japanese ramen, Japanese supermarkets, all kinds of convenience. It takes about ten minutes to walk to Goleta old town , in short, the price is good.

The hotel has an elegant environment, and the rooms are clean and comfortable; the bathroom lighting is soft and warm, making people feel very comfortable, and a beautiful painting is hung to add beauty to the room; the front desk can help you make hot water and coffee, which is relatively rare in the United States. Drinking hot water is great!

Every time I come to Santa Barbara, I book this hotel. I have stayed in this hotel many times. The room is clean and the hotel service is very considerate. It is as good as always. It is worth recommending

The hotel was nice and the front desk staff was friendly, however the AC didn’t work. They sent someone to fix it but he came, couldn’t get it working and said he’d be right back. We called a few times and they said he was coming but he never showed. We finally called to tell them never mind because we needed sleep

The advantages are: convenient parking and a kettle for boiling water. Overall it is good. It is a business hotel under Marriott, focusing on simplicity. The hotel is not big but very quiet.

The facilities are a bit old, the room is a bit small, the environment is good, the service is also very good, and it is pet-friendly, it is very convenient to bring dogs, and the service staff love dogs very much. The hotel is big, close to the beach, there are many entertainment facilities, and the beach is very clean. Very easy walk to the beach. The only downside is that the hotel room is a bit small, probably because of the time and the facilities are a bit old.

I called before arriving, asking about the bedding. I told them I was traveling with 91 yr. old mother and 67 yr. old sister. I am 71. They offer 1 queen and told me extra double would be very comfortable. It was a pull out couch. When you remove the cushions from sofa, there is a note pasted on the pull out that my sheet are in a bag in the closet. The pull out was metal springs. The bag has a top, bottom sheet and pillow with no case, 1 blanket. It took 5 layers of padding to make it sleepable. All 3 of us left for the entire day and when we arrived to the room at 6:30 p.m. our used towels were still on the floor and trash cans were full. Fresh towels were delivered to our room from the common open area, not thru the hallway. This stay was not what I expected of Marriott Residence Inn at $346.00 per night plus $15.00 per night for parking. Oh and there is a sign before you enter the hallways that tell you if your car is vandalized, Marriott is not responsible. Welcome to California in 2024.
