Good hotel, clean, average breakfast

A very rubbish hotel. It's old and shabby. The breakfast is terrible. It charges 500 yuan a night. It's not worth it. Whoever stays there will regret it.

The breakfast is that of a 2 star hotel.. the room is small for the price paid.. it does not have a pool... disastrous for a hotel of that category. I wouldn't go back to that hotel.

The hotel is very quiet and safe in a wealthy area. There are supermarkets and restaurants just outside the door.

The hotel is in a great location and the food is delicious. The hotel service staff had a very good attitude and left a very good impression on me. I will stay at this hotel next time.

This Hampton is all you expect--in the most positive way--from this brand. The staff, especially Berman at the front desk, were friendly and professional. The hotel was clean and well-maintained. The room was functional and quiet and breakfast was good. The hotel is well located for both tourism and business activities and is near many restaurants and stores. One criticism--the equipment in the fitness center should be updated. It seems a couple of generations behind some of the other Hamptons I have stayed at recently. In summary, I recommend the Hampton by Hilton Santa Cruz / Equipetrol for a comfortable and reasonably priced stay in this part of Bolivia.

Only used as an overnight stop for flights La Paz to Santa Cruz with Boliviana then the following morning GOL flight Santa Cruz via Sao Paolo to Rio de Janiero. A very pleasant welcome late at night. An immaculately clean decent size room in a modern hotel. Lots of nice restaurants around but at the late hour we just enjoyed a late cocktail in the top floor bar. Breakfast the following day was a standard buffet of juice, tea or coffee, cereals, yoghurt, fruit, cold meats, cheese and breads with omelette made to choice. No airport shuttle but taxi outside agreed price of 70BOB to the airport. Perfect for a short stay.

This is always my go to hotel while staying in Santa Cruz. I stay in a lot of Hilton hotels and this is my favorite Hampton hotel by far. Rooms are really nice. Love the panoramic view rooms. Breakfast is really good. Only had one meal at night at the roof top restaurant but it was great too. Location is also perfect to so many things. Overall can’t go wrong staying here!

Beware of this location guys …I ordered a room here on Priceline and I paid it , but I was also told to pay again when I got to the counter at this hotel …so I got charged twice …I was told back in March that I’ll get a refund , I’ve been getting the run around since and I still have not gotten a refund ….when I didn’t call for a month they thought I gave up so they told their customer service line that I was refunded on June 15th , but that was a lie …since I kept calling for the refund, they are now admitting that I was not refunded because they are holding my money until they receive their payment from Priceline …so because they have a hard time getting their money from Priceline , they decided to charge me again and keep my money because they think that Priceline won’t want to pay them, and Priceline is refusing to pay them now also, so I am the one who is stuck with two credit card charges when I only stayed one night …I am still trying to get my refund and we are in august now , I am never staying in this hotel again

So the rooms are good, spacious and comfortable. The shower is very good in terms of pressure and temperature. It is true what other reviews say about the noise. The walls are thin, and the windows don't insulate well. Make sure you get a quiet room. The negative part is food. It is very low quality. Breakfast for instance is very subpar, but the worse are the room service options. They seem to have been prepared by a student and not by a chef. And I don't really understand it. I mean, breakfast is included, you want to offer a cheap breakfast to save on costs, that's ok. But you charge for dinner, just hire a good chef and increase prices a bit, they are not that high anyway. Another thing that I found unacceptable is that they don't provide bottled water in the rooms, beyond the first day.

All good the best staff in town although the Gym is not that great..:( if you need to gym better find another one. Food is great. room service and room. I love the chain since they are always good. you feel safe there.
