Marriott Santa Cruz de la Sierra Hotel ★★★★★
"Hotel room hot water is not hot enough"
Lido Hotel ★★★
"My friend and I split the bill for one night, about 2,500 yen per person, including breakfast, which I thought was a bargain. It was clean. The receptionist was very kind, carrying our suitcases to our room. The square is about a 10-minute walk away. The shower has a quick release, similar to a waterfall bath. Soap, shampoo, and conditioner were provided, and the amenities were plentiful."
Ibis Santa Cruz de la Sierra ★★★
"This hotel is suitable for both leisure and business trips. The breakfast is plentiful, the hotel restaurant has excellent drinks and delicious, unique dishes, and it's convenient to hail a taxi right outside. Highly recommended."
Los Tajibos, Santa Cruz de la Sierra, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel ★★★★★
"One of the best hotel at Santa Cruz and the swimming pool is great!"
Tryp by Wyndham Santa Cruz ★★★★
"The breakfast type is single and the amount is not much. It is often a little later and there is nothing. The window of the room is open in a patio. The staff is friendly."
Hotel Osho ★★★
"Excellent hôtel, Nice staff, spacious room!!"
Gran Hotel Santa Cruz ★★★
"I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights as part of a group tour. I arrived quite early and I was able to get into my room straight away which was nice. The hotel is conveniently located a couple of streets from the central square. My room was a very good size and clean. The bed was large and comfortable enough. The plug sockets weren't in the most convenient locations. The bathroom was decent, there was a sign saying that the hot water pressure could be dodgy so they advise you to turn it on 5 minutes before getting into the shower. It did make some gurgling noises and the pressure was inconsistent at first. The air conditioning and wifi worked good enough. I didn't have much time to try their breakfast, but it looked very good with a lot of choice, and they brought you either scrambled eggs or an omelette. Overall a good stay, if you want somewhere close to the centre of Santa Cruz this is a solid choice. It gets 3 rather than 4 stars from me given that's what I would rate it by international standards."
Hotel Cortez ★★★★★
"This is a very old hotel, located on the Second Ring Road. You must stay in a room near the front desk facing away from the road. Otherwise, if you stay in the main building, it will be very noisy. There is a lot of traffic on the Second Ring Road, and a lot of old Japanese cars make a lot of noise. The soundproofing in the room is not very good, so it will be very noisy. The hotel breakfast is good, which is considered a good breakfast in the local area. The waiter's attitude is very good and he is very willing to help."
Hotel LP Santa Cruz Centro ★★★
"$300 and a pair of earrings was stolen from my Fanny pack. I told the front staff who told me management would call me and they never did. I also asked to speak with the owner and never heard back. It’s been 3 weeks and no response. They never gave me the number to the manager. If going to this hotel, put EVERYTHING in the safe and lock your luggage. My mom’s carry on was opened and shuffled through as well."
