We’ve just returned from seven days of heaven, what an amazing holiday we all had. My husband and I took our adult kids with us, aged 22, 19 and 18. Each one of us said it was the nicest hotel, most accommodating staff and fantastic food that we’ve had in an all inclusive hotel. When we checked in we were given a glass of champagne to welcome us, taken to our rooms, showed how all the gadgets in the room worked and felt very welcomed! We did all three al a carte restaurants and each one was fantastic, you really did feel that you were in a proper restaurant. But the food in the Central Market was lovely too! We were in a swim up room, which is sunny all morning but then goes into the shade. But it was welcomed as the sun can be deceivingly intense. Comfiest sun beds ever! Finally thank you to all the staff. They were all so friendly, professional and as I say just smile! Best smiles and teeth ever! Best holiday I’ve had in a long time - thank you to everyone there.

If you're a wheelchair user, please make sure to let the hotel know with plenty of notice. I use a wheelchair that doesn't fold and I couldn't get into my room without taking the wheels off as there's a wardrobe immediately as you enter the room. Fortunately, I am able to walk and only use my chair for longer distances.l, but for others, this could be a real issue. We stayed in that room for one night and they were happy enough to swap me into a different room in the morning. That first night was awful. There were concerning dips in the floor and the noise from being next to the ocean was so loud, plus the wind rattles the windows, it sounded like I was lost at sea. The receptionist was lovely and upgraded us to a family room, no issues, though I hope for the sake of others that there are double rooms available that are more accessible, not just family rooms. The family room was luckily on the other side, so it was totally silent. The breakfasts were quite stale and the milk for the cereal was warm so stuck with the crepes every morning. We did have dinner here one evening but unfortunately, when I got to the dessert stand, there was a cockroach crawling on the food. They were very apologetic and gave both of us a glass of wine as an apology, but then still had to pay full price on the meals. Fortunately, we did bring an extension cord as there weren't many sockets and not all of them even worked. There were no ceiling lights, just plug in lamps, which made it quite dim at night. The pool is barely heated but it takes a few seconds for your body to acclimatise. The mattress is quite firm and I found the pillows were far too high. Also beware that the hotel is on a VERY steep hill. Luckily, I can actually walk quite well in hot weather but I was definitely out of breath when I got from the bottom of the hill to the hotel. The WiFi is awful and I ended up just using my data. The zoo is well worth visiting though and it's a very short distance away. As you come into the hotel, it's got a huge lovely lobby which was lovely to sit in, so it really surprised me how poor everything else was. I have no ill intentions and the staff were lovely but I have to be honest.

Everything corresponds to the description and photographs, clean, cozy, friendly staff, nearby there is a store, a kiosk with excursions, a bus station, a beach (waves, always a red flag), you can walk to the city beach with swimming pools, the nature is very beautiful, everything is super.

Just been back again for the third year, and we’ll definitely be back next year. We love this hotel. Amazing value for money, great pool area and pool bar, we love the hot tubs. We’re always sad to say goodbye to the friendly lizards. The rooms are great, air conditioned, good soundproofing and black out blinds. All of the staff are great. We never want to go home on our last day.

Very decent hotel, deserves 5 stars considering the price-quality ratio. The hotel is clean and modern, with two large pools on the roof, plenty of sunbeds, a bar, shower, and toilet. Unfortunately, the rooftop is only open until 6 PM. The rooms are pleasant, featuring glass-walled bathrooms, balconies with chairs and a table. The downside was the single beds (they tend to separate), but the room is cleaned daily, and towels are regularly changed. Excellent base for exploring, 4 minutes to the bus terminal (buses are not heard), and a few minutes to the beach. Shops, cafes, and restaurants are nearby. On the downside, there is an absolute lack of parking spaces (as on the whole of Tenerife, though). Breakfasts are decent but monotonous, although you can organize them in such a way that during a 5-7 day stay, you can eat something different every day. Overall, I highly recommend it. If I return to Puerto, I will definitely aim for this hotel again.

Super comfortable hotel. nice people. WiFi is great, important for me because I have to work. I was in a single room. Clean simple and the very comfortable bedroom. It is not a 1-star hotel. I have been in 3-star hotels much worse.

This hotel is excellent we loved every part of it. Stayed in room 620 ideal for reception/pool (level 7) and restaurant (level five) the hotel is spotless the staff are excellent and the sound of the sea each evening is soothing. Tips The hotel is a bit of a distance to the main town it’s very hilly and we only went down once you can walk a kind of cliff path but it’s full of stairs which after a while kills you and gets very tedious. Go out of the hotel walk to the top road go right and you will see a walkway with steps follow them down (they are called the Agatha Christie steps as there is a statue as she had a house there each step has a book title on them) just keep following the road down to the sea front loads of shops and restaurants plus the lido ( which is due to open soon) you can either walk back or get a taxi (4/5 euros) we didn’t bother going again as the Main Street above the hotel had many bar’s restaurants and shops very reasonable priced excellent service not much of a party time if you like that kind of thing down town will be better for you. Food Breakfast is amazing plenty of choice and easy to get through Evening meal got board quickly so used only a couple of times drinks expensive and didn’t approve they charged for water you pay for drinks on the way out or you can charge money to your room and top up when it runs out we preferred to pay as we go drinks wise we preferred to eat out and give to local family business etc. The pool The rule is no personal towels you need to hire them from reception ten euros (refundable with receipt) to change for fresh one one euro exchange but we found we could use both our own and the hotels the reason they like you to use them to show that you are staying there and haven’t sneaked in. The bar is good very professional service. The room Lovely views over the sea the bathroom has been the best I have ever had abroad lives the multi shower lights and the screen window trick great fun to play with tv is crap so we always take a fire stick power lead and remote control Wi-Fi is very good the codes allow two devices per ticket but you can have as many as you like we had three tablets two phones and a fire stick don’t forget to put in the code for your fire stick to make it work you might not get every thing you get at home but it’s better than the tv without it We booked with jet2 excellent transfers etc the excursions we booked was the body trip up the side of the island we managed to see whales and dolphins I do warn it will be a long day 11.45 we left and didn’t get back until eight pm if you don’t like rough conditions sea wise this trip might not be for you as four plus hours on a boat feeling sea sick isn’t much fun there is chance to swim off the boat the food was a bit naff not to everyone’s taste take a jumper it can start to get cold. Fabulous hotel with the most amazingly helpful staff. Shout out to Conny on Reception, you were just wonderful when we arrived, thank you! Peaceful, calm and tranquil would best describe the hotels ambiance. The gardens with their fruit trees are enticing. This is a place to re-charge your batteries and relax, be looked after and eat great food. We experienced no issues whatsoever with Wi-Fi as has been mentioned in posts elsewhere. On site restaurant offers an excellent menu cooked to an equally excellent standard. If you have mobility issues, it might be worth noting that only the junior suites have showers, other rooms have a shower over the bath. On the down side, beds are tired and very hard but the topper provided by the housekeeping staff certainly improved our sleep quality. Looking forward to visiting again before the end of the year, fingers crossed.
