Gorgeous hotel: pristine, smells delicious, food was great, excellent little bar, room well stocked (inc free water and snacks and wine). Perfect location. Loved every second.

Highly recommend this place! The most beautiful hotel I’ve ever stayed at, friendly staff, very clean, and close to beach and restaurants. Can’t wait to come back for another memorable visit.

The property was great great location great staff great food. The only complaint was the shower drain had so much hair and stuff in it. I had to clean up myself mid shower, kind of gross.

Holy cow! I am hard to impress and this hotel impressed me. I started my day off at the restaurant and ate a fantastic meal in their restaurant. Then I had the best spa experience ever! I might’ve napped. Only to wake up to a post tea ritual. My room was immaculate with all sorts of wonderful goodies and Le Labo soaps and lotions. This place is top tier! It was worth the price.

Absolutely beautiful property. Best location. Can walk to boardwalk, restaurants, wharf, etc. We will definitely stay here again.

The room was very clean. I paid for a partial ocean view room but had no idea my balcony would be street front so it was very noisy. If I had opted for a pool view room I believe my stay would have been better. The hotel is newer so I believe they have a few things to work out with staffing as they seemed a bit short handed and the folks I encountered provided just “ok” service, nothing memorable or that you would expect from a 4 star hotel.

We have stayed at a lot of property’s and this by far was the nicest place we have stayed. Everything was amazing we can not wait to return.

The spa turned out to be inaccessible without pre-booking. That went for the sauna also which we would have liked to use. The location was perfect for downtown strolls. Be forewarned, but if you have a car, valet parking is $50 a day. The facilities are lovely and not overcrowded. even on Memorial Day weekend with many families in residence. Everyone seemed charming and well-behaved. I had booked a room with a balcony and partial ocean view which turned out to be right over parked cars on a side street! The front desk moved me upon request to a room overlooking the pool which was a huge improvement. Hotel restaurant for breakfast and informal meals is across the entrance courtyard, and there is nowhere onsite for a quick coffee and pasty. Rooms have Nespresso machines but not enough creamer for two servings! They do, however, give guests free water and snacks like taffy and caramel popcorn!
