Hotel Solares

The room was clean and a good size. Very comfortable. It was me, my husband and 2 small children. The pool area was nice although we did not get to use it because it was chilly outside. It is walking distance to the boardwalk. The entire hotel was very clean. Free parking was nice as well.

Probably didn’t get the the larger room we paid for. I wife asked very nicely upon arrival. He said no , I watched the rooms during our stay that had nicer bigger balconies. No movement in those nicer rooms .

My husband and son stayed here and there was garbage under the bed and the room wasn’t that clean. Only good for location wouldn’t stay here again

Hotel was good , we liked that it was walking distance to the Boardwalk and a 15min drive to the Mystery Spot.

Check in was at 3 my room was not ready because there was none available until 3:40 . Incidental deposit varies from 150-250 i paid 250 but the person in front of me only paid 150 ? Room service was gone by 6, and my sink was clogged not good stay.

The hotel was decent for a one night stay with a toddler, the outlets to charge our phones by the nightstand didn't seem to work, found out in the morning when I realized my phone battery died while plugged in. Staff at check in did not provide the usual information such as where to park, coffee machine usage in the lobby, or just an "hope you enjoy your stay let us know if you need anything." I'm used to most staff at hotels saying something to that effect when checking in. I do not think I would stay here again.

The room was filthy. The sheets and blankets had visible stains of food and dirt.. The bathroom floors were not swept and had gobs of Hair that wasn’t ours. The window blind was broken and missing a pane. I had to put a towel between it so people couldn’t see into our room and the room smelled very musty and old. The toiletries were not filled. The hand wash and body wash were almost out. The toilet paper was almost out. The shower walls were stained.

For the price we were thankful for a fairly maintained hotel that doesn’t look dumpy. There were some issues with the hot tub water level being a foot below the skimmer basket. The water was surprisingly clean though. No housekeeping came to our room during our four night stay. We ran out of clean towels and toilet paper and garbages overflowing. This place doesn’t serve breakfast. They have a coffee bar. The beds are hard and pillows cheap. The comforters look very old. The TV and wifi did work

Property looked clean. The pool and jacuzzi were also clean. Jacuzzi jets didn’t work. Had to get new bed linen and pillows as they were dirty. No breakfast just coffee and it wasn’t great. Front desk Staff was ok. Cleaning ladies were nice and helpful.
