Waiting in line for coffee was an annoyance but still didn’t diminish the luxury feel of my stay. The largest inconvenience was the gates after 10. My first time someone was waiting there right away, but the second time I had to exit my vehicle and call from the buzzer to no answer. I only got voicemail. Eventually got in, but I was very uncomfortable in that dark area by myself, and it took long enough for someone else to pull in behind me. I appreciated the super convenient filtered water and laundry amenities that I wish were standard everywhere. I asked for a printed receipt, but their printer was down and they assured me I’d get an email, which I haven’t. Trip.com does not seem to have registered that I completed my stay, so there is something iffy among their booking and trip.com’s ledger.

It was great right across the street from the beach we had an ocean view room. My only dislike was their streaming service.. to log on to your different streaming accounts was problematic. Staff is super nice!

Great beachfront views at a reasonable price. Well maintained room (105) with surf themed decor. A handy kitchenette complete with microwave, mini fridge and sink. Comfortable bed and fluffy towels.

If staying beachside it can be noisy, but that is from outside activity, not on-site. I doubt I'd stay here in the busy summer when people stay out later.
Lovely to have a free washer/dryer on site. Every employee encoutered was friendly and courtious.
My only complaint is that this property doese not auomatically provide cable TV service. You must have a device that can access chromecast and then choose an app to stream whatever is available on that device. Having no experience with this, I went with a "free" app that then wanted to charge me $40 to install. My bank caught this overseas charge but in declining it my card was blocked. It was a hassle to reinstate. For the prices charged for a room, regular cable service would be much appreciated. I have NEVER experienced this anywhere else. I hope this is not the new trend.

The hotel is in a great location. Our room was next to the stairs so it was a little noisy at times. There isn’t a lot of storage in the room. The bathroom just had a sink.

The room that we rented was great for the three of us, since it offered a king bed in one room and a Murphy bed a sofa bed in the living room area. It also had a fridge and microwave, and the hotel offered free coffee in the am and free popcorn and hot cocoa in the afternoon. The location is right at the end of the board walk and has access to tons of restaurants and shops. I would recommend this place to family and friends.

We stayed in the beach house. Plenty of space for a family. Beautiful view of the ocean from the room. Coffee or hot cocoa in the morning. No problem with parking. Not noisy. Recommend this place & I’d stay here again.
