Chaminade Resort & Spa

We had a really nice time at the resort. The staff are very helpful and friendly and the food and service at the restaurant is excellent. The beds are very comfy and the resort is very quiet. My only critical feedback is that despite some new construction on the rooms, there were no large lights in the closet, we literally had to use our phone flashlights to see anything, the bathrooms are really small and are only equipped with minimal towels, and it’s a bit difficult and awkward to request a room refresh and clean towels.

Nice hotel but there are issues with parking space and cockroaches in the room, clogs in the sink in the bathroom as well as in 4 hours the lady from spa build wasn't there/didn't pick up the phone despite being opened... so we couldn't reserve any massage...

The pool is a salt water warm pool which I loved—but it was a bit small for how many kids were there on a weekend. We went one night with our kids and swam, played tennis and baci ball. The view was great and we loved the rooms patio. I hate hotels that feel stuffy and I found having the patio really helped. There was no loud AC units running, was generally quiet. But the hallway doors banged so loudly and we had a room next to a hallway door. If they had soft close doors I’d give it a 5/5.

We had issues with the AC , the TV and a smoke detector. The staff seemed to think that was okay just to say sorry and move on.

We had a wonderful stay. Loved the resort facilities, room and the View restaurant was amazing!

I was really looking forward to celebrating my husband’s and my birthday weekend at this resort, but unfortunately, we left feeling underwhelmed. The property appears to be in need of updates and better maintenance. During our stay, the only outdoor adult hot tub was out of order, the cornhole set was worn and falling apart, and the steam rooms were unavailable during our scheduled spa treatments. We were also disappointed to learn that the food truck and poolside drink service were weather-dependent, which wasn’t clearly communicated ahead of time. Additionally, the in-room products did not meet the level of quality we expected for a resort of this caliber. That said, we did really enjoy the restaurant, and the staff throughout the resort were friendly and welcoming.

This place is great. Beautiful, temp feels amazing, it’s quiet. Loved it. Rooms have hollow floor so a little neighbor noisy but otherwise it’s silent at night

I absolutely love this place! It’s a great place for a hike, to relax and unwind with beautiful forest scenery all around. I plan on going her once a month!

Everything about the property absolutely acceded our standards ! The staff was very nice and helpful with everything and made sure our stay was great ! The pool was very large, the room was very big and had nice views.
