Everything was fine! We felt comfortable, just a little detail: the smell's room was a little annoying, because it smells to cheap clean products.

The personal treated us as trash, they wouldn’t let us out of the hotel before 7:00 in the morning because the personal was late in coming in. The rooms were dirty, ant the food was the worst ever. I don’t recommend this hotel at all. You don’t get what you pay for.

Staff was very friendly and helpful; had trouble with ******* getting the specific accommodations we wanted but hotel staff changed to better situation once we arrived; comfortable atmosphere; nice pool and patio area; Guatemalan dishes in restaurant were great, other food less so. Very close to the various amusement parks. Overall very pleased and would recommend
