Aparthotel Tropic Garden

Nice little hotel that I feel Was let down by house keeping, arrived at hotel asked if we wanted to upgrade at a cost we declined but I feel that might have been a mistake, got to our room great size with fridge microwave and kettle although you’ll need to take your own tea /coffee if you want an. Early morning cuppa , but on inspection there were no towels for a shower just one small hand towel, decided to leave it until the morning phoned down to ask for some said housekeeping would bring them , nothing for over an hour so decided to shower using the hand towel, went to reception on our way out and asked again along with extra pillows as they are not very comfortable, lady took a note got back to the room around 8.30 that night , towels had finally been delivered but no pillows rang down again and said housekeeping would bring them straight away , you guessed it hour or so later still no pillows went to reception and asked again eventually they were delivered, this took me down to a four star , but what tipped me down to three was we got back the next evening to find our room door wide open with no sign of the room attendant, the wedge was still on the door, I was mortified i don't know how long it was open before we got back but still anyone could have walked into our room, went to reception to tell them and the attitude of the lady was what do you want me to do about it she just shrugged her shoulders, now having said all that the hotel is lovely and quiet and their staff were very friendly ,and helpful,aside the one lady who who didn’t really care that our room had been left open ,all inclusive a good selection of food although not always very hot, it was good value for money, and great for families, tip take your own pool towels because they are not included in the price you have to hire them ,

We stayed at the Tropic Garden for 7 nights from 10th October. Everything was absolutely spot on. The hotel is probably the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in and I have never seen domestic staff still polishing floors after dinner in the evening. The entire place sparkled like a new pin. Rooms were lovely, fresh and also amazingly clean. Beds were comfy and the little balcony was awesome. The food was lovely and you could always find a meal from the selections on offer. The roast chicken was lovely and the Mexican night was delicious. Breakfast and desserts were also fresh and plenty. The pool area and pool bar were . The burgers and toasted sandwiches are a must and I think contributed to my expanding waistline over the week. All the staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly. The pool bar team never stopped. The entertainment team were also amazing - our particular favourites were Jesus and the young lady who did the aqua aerobics most days. I cannot remember her name unfortunately, but she also did a cocktail class one pm and was so lovely. There was a young lady on the main reception too with curly hair and a smiley face - she couldn’t do enough for you. Thank you Tropic Garden for a wonderful 7 days in one of the most beautiful places on earth. We shall return in 2024

Amazing hotel. Staff were lovely and friendly. Very polite. Nothing was to much trouble for them. Room was lovely and clean. Maids came every day. My 6 year old loved the games I.e pool, air hockey etc. He didn't want to join in the kids club but the other kiddies enjoyed it and the staff were great with them to. He enjoyed the pools, (indoor and out) but preferred the outdoor as was less busy and noisy. One plus was no one felt the need to get up at an ungodly hour to reserve a sunbed, there were plenty around but bear in mind it's early in the season. We were all inclusive and the food and drink was great, loved the options they had. 15 minute walk to the beach via the marina which was lovely. A great stay and would happily come again!

I think this is our 7th year here. This continues to be an excellent family oriented hotel. Staff are exceptional and always help. Rooms are very clean and housekeeping do an excellent job every day. Our kids absolutely love this place, as do we. It’s very hard to find anything negative about this hotel and staff.

Everything feels perfect. Great facilities and indoor/outdoor pools. Fantastic location with big supermarket and airport bus link more or less next to the hotel. Short walk to the St Eularia town where you will find plenty of restaurants and other amenities. All in all great experience.

Honestly this hotel is amazing. We booked for a week just as the hotel had reopened after low season. We arrived approx 11pm to a smooth check in, offers of food and drinks if we wanted them and a room all made up for us and our two children. Rooms are clean, spacious and we chose a sea view. This was perfect. We had a balcony which we could all sit on and relax, and kids were very comfortable in their beds. Our beds were massive and comfortable. Food was brilliant, so much choice every day, huge selection for vegetarians and options for people who were gluten free, plenty of choice of drinks and the pool bar did a range of snacks which were perfect if you wanted something else. Our children used the kids club which offers 2 activities from 11am til 13:15pm and then a kids disco most nights. The entertainment team are brilliant and my son got particularly attached to them. They are so accommodating and baring in mind this was still start of the season they ensured something was on most nights. Staff are incredible. There are no other words. Hotel is clean and staff work hard to keep the areas clear of cups, plates and general mess. The staff are always on hand to help with anything and everything you could possibly ask for... From late check out to taxis to food orders. Nothing is too much trouble. The hotel is perfectly situated for walks to beaches within 10mins, the marina and town centre. We've had the best time and we will be back as this has had every thing we could possibly want. Kim, Jesùs, Ully, José.... Stayed here for 1 week at the beginning of April. The hotel was really good. The rooms and property is very clean and tidy. All the staff are really attentive and very friendly. The kids had a great time using the pool and doing the activities in the kids entertainment. I will definitely being adding this place to my list of hotels I want to come back to.

I love this hotel. End of. I am genuinely heartbroken at having to go home. From the breathtaking location to the friendly staff, I would return there tomorrow. Quality food, spotlessly clean, Jesús, Ully and Jeske kept the kids entertained. I thank you all
